Cancellation Policy
Please ensure you book the correct color service. For example, if you need a balayage highlight, then book the according service. Each service gets a different time allocated, so if the service selected is incorrect, we may be unable to provide the correct service due to time constraints. If you need help identifying which service would best fit your desires, please call us.
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call or email us at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment to avoid a penalty. A $35 charge flat fee will be applied to the client's credit card on file if our cancellation policy is not met. Our online system will provide you with an automated SMS text message or email 24 hours before your appointment to confirm it. This offers other clients an opportunity to take your appointment in case you are not able to make it. Credit card details are requested to secure all bookings and be updated accordingly if the date expires.
